Common Crane Grus grus Many birders look in the autumn, especially in November, forward to traveling cranes. The chances of this are in the east of the country much larger than in the West. In autumn 1988 there was already massive pull-through in the third and fourth week of October. Furthermore, it was almost the entire country's worth. The first reports came in around October 20. These were some groups of Twente, the Achterhoek Liemers, Arnhem and Nijmegen, and continue south to north london (Boxtel, Strabrechtse). The large numbers were one week later. On October 26 sparked the wind and turned eastward. These days yielded Cranes in 6535 across 58 categories
